Healthy Breakfast Food Recipe

Hazel CourteneyHealthy Breakfast Food Recipe

Hi Everyone,  This week I’m in my kitchen making my absolutely DELICIOUSLY HEALTHY  alkalising breakfast whiz which I drink every day when I’m at home in the UK. You will find out why eating a more Alkaline diet can be crucial to your wellbeing.  IF after watching my Blog you would like more information, then go into the A-Z of Health Section on this site and have a read of my Acid /Alkaline Section. Also, for anyone wanting more information on CHIA and PUMPKIN SEEDS, if you subscribe to my free Living Better Newsletter via this site, the summer version (on line till end of Sept) contains more information on these ‘superfoods.’

Last but not least, keep in mind that too much STRESS causes the body to become more acid, whereas remaining calm, and taking regular DEEP BREATHS help to re-alkalise your system !  Enjoy the whiz if you decide to try it.    All the best. Hazel Courteney

Meeting with Swami Vishwananda

Hazel CourteneyMeeting with Swami Vishwananda

Back in  May, thanks to my old friend Teresa Hale who owns the renowned Hale Clinic in London, I  met a truly amazing young fully Enlightened Master of the Self called Swami Vishwandanda.  Aged just 35, Swami has hundreds of thousands of followers worldwide and his overall message is one of love. I have to confess that on meeting him, his energy was so powerful, I spontaneously burst into tears. There is little need for physical words when you are in the presence of such an enlightened soul. Yet he was charming, speaks fluent English and kindly  gave me healing on my poor back which has left me in constant pain for more than 9 years – and  through 2 major failed spinal operations. To my utter astonishment I was totally free of pain for more than 12 hours which in itself was a ‘miracle’ to me.

In August I visited his Ashram and as you can see from the picture, I was lucky to be granted an interview with this magical Holy Man who was born a ‘knowing’  fully integrated  Master of The Self.  I hope shortly to write a feature on his life and message. Will keep you posted. Meanwhile, enjoy my blog and IF you would like more information on Swami and his work go to www.bhaktimarga.org
